If you answered ‘no’ for all the above, well done! You’ve been a good recruiter and deserve special tools to make your recruiting life easier – perhaps the interview suite?
If you answered ‘yes’ for all the above, you’ve been a bad recruiter and deserve recruiting pain. Perhaps you should improve your practices and make 2016 a better year.
If you answered a mix of ‘yes’ and ‘no’, there’s still room for improvement, remember to treat candidates like how you would want to be treated.
